republican from mississippi. >> back here developing news out of san jose tonight. firefighters battle a fire at house that contains large amounts of ammunition. the fire started about 7:30 this evening in a garage just off ostrich court. fire spread to another home. firefighters started hearing a popping sound. one of the residents told them there are about 2,000 rounds of ammo inside that house. >> pop pop pop probably like small arms fire or something like that. everybody was back on the street over there. as the firemen went if we my greated over to here. pishltion understandably. firefighters tell us the m o doesn't really pose a danger to them. nobody has been hurt. firefighters have the fire under control at this point and they are now mopping up hot yards. >> now to a dramatic and important new development in the shooting death of paramedic in the oakland hills. 5 teenagers young teenagers now under arrest for murder. all of them from oak land. all of

them 16 years of age or younge younger. quinn boy was shot in oakland hills two week ago for unknown reason, at the time. he was shot leaving his parents' home two week ago today. this view from our helicopter show us the location and he lost control of the car before going down the ravine. all those arrested today are friends. none apparently gang tie. police believe one of them pulled the trigger and gunman is between 14 and 16 years of age. >> disturbing trend we noticed here in the city. far too often in recent past we have noticed that the age of the suspect involved in many violent crime including robbery have now ranged between 13 to 17. this again is unacceptabl unacceptable. call on the parents, school district adult adults, to help change the cycle, vicious cycle that has taken place in the city where young men and women were finding it very easy, very

>> in the south bay tonight. at&t has just announced 250,000 dollar reward for a coordinated act of vandalism that took down electricity and phone service today. one of those incidents happened at pg&e sub station in san jose. 7 news reporter carolyn style tyler has the story. >> we were on the scene early this morning after reports of multiple gunshots near this pg&e sub station. just outside san jose. santa clara county sheriff's department is now conducting a criminal investigation. is. >> pg&e notified that you say they had a breach in the security fence and somebody had actually gained access to the sub station and damaged i believe either transformer or

the court will not disclose what happened during today juvenile hearing in san jose. it centered on whether 3 boys should remain in juvenile hall or be releaseed to their parents. the 3 boys attended saratoga high school with audrey at the time of her deat death. >> for 2 red tag homes in san francisco flooded westportal neighborhood the last thing in the world they needed was more floodwater. that's not -- that's exactly what they got when the city accidentally turned the water back on. heather has the story that you will see only on 7 news. >> restoration company back today cleaning up water damage in wouvbt red tag home. not damage from back on february 27th when a 16 inch water main broke up the street. this damage was new. from the week before last when city crew turned the water back on to 2 red tag homes. something that never should have happened. normally when the water is stopped, the city locks the meter. that didn't happen here.

>> if we have been asked to turn a service off we lock it at the meter. we didn't do that. it was our emergency contractor that turned off the water original nationally. it was an error on our part although we didn't allow to it run for continuous amount of time. >>reporter: red tag home are unsafe to live in because the flood opened up a sink hole underneath them. so no one was inside to see the water flowin flowing. >> unfortunately it sound like because of the emergency work done in two of the red tag homes they had some open lines that were left cut for the shoring and for rae move of the refrigerator that caused that water to leak for a short period of time into 2 different parts of 2 different homes. >>reporter: city has been watching for more soil movement and settling since the main breakthrough boring down in the street. at one location in front of the red taking home they found flowing sand from 25 to 29 feet and used mineral to secure the hole and keep drilling. city says the
